Once the nozzles are adjusted to appropriate angles, the washing process is initiated that includes foam spray, water spray, and drying. Lastly, the status of the nozzles is adjusted (at a suitable position/angles) based on the car peripheral planning.

Subsequently, data acquired from sensors is processed and the relevant information regarding the car periphery is stored. In the initial step, object planning is achieved using a suitable sensor system. The main steps involving in the car wash system consists of car peripheral planning, adjustment of nozzles based on car peripherals, and smearing various washing practices. The system provides quick, convenient, and efficient washing services. This paper presents the proposal and development of a programmed sensor-based carwash system.

After surveying various industries we conclude that nowadays the industries have introduced automation in their systems to some extent. The accuracy obtained by the conventional method is also poor. There are some of the rubber industries requires cutting rubber sheets of equal and desired weight of one piece for that they use human resources to cut rubber piece to its desired weight manuallywhich is time-consuming. At present conventional method used in rubber industries are cut the rubber sheets of the desired length. This Paper gives the detailed information about the design and development of automatic weight based rubber cutting machine for rubber industries. It can be improved with the support of automation. It is a amount of total productivity of a construction process and as such the neutral to be exploited in production process. The cost of outputs minus the cost of inputs is a measure of the income produced in a creation process.
